Dolcezza Coffee & Gelato, City Center

Dolcezza Coffee & Gelato

I just got back from a weekend trip in DC! It was a pretty packed trip filled with eating, drinking, catching up, and even a visit to the DC cat cafe. =^.^= Now that I’ve wrapped up my San Francisco blog series, I’ll be working a DC blog series next featuring the places I visited on this recent trip. If you’re curious to see where I went, take a peek at this map on BobbyPin!

Taking the train, instead of flying or busing, to DC was a smart move. I also wasn’t feeling that great in the morning, so I’m glad I chose the most comfortable option. After meeting up with Jenny and Lisa, our first stop was Dolcezza for some girl time. Even though they’re known for their coffee, gelato, and pasties, I opted for San Pellegrino as I thought the lemon might help me feel better. Thankfully, I was right and ready to go for a ramen lunch next.

I love San Pellegrino. Especially the one with blood orange, which is fabulous together with a slice of pizza. Looking forward to read about the cat cafe, but I’d bet you came back to two jealous cats in New York:):)

Ooh, yah! The blood orange one is delicious too, but I’ve never had it with pizza. I’ll have to remember that.

Hahah, I wondering if the cats at the cat cafe could smell Chloe and Tony on me and vice versa. ;)

Thanks! That color is “tuck it in my tux” by Essie. It’s been my favorite lately, and sometimes add a little glitter to it too. :)
