One of our local Chinese takeout places offers vegetarian dishes with mock meats. Finally! Most places just have tofu and vegetable dishes that aren’t terribly exciting. We ordered the General Tsao’s Chicken and Orange Beef a few weeks ago. Not mushy, good texture and flavor. Not too salty either. Their vegetable only dishes sounded more interesting than what most takeout places offer. I’ll have to try one of those next time!
