One restaurant we really enjoyed at Excellence Riviera Cancun was an open air, thatch roofed restaurant overlooking the main pool. It turns into The Lobster House in the evenings, but during the day, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
We ate here multiple times during our trip and never had the same thing twice. Fresh juices, cocktails, pastries, huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos, omelets… lots of good stuff here. I had some intense salad cravings on this trip, and the lunchtime salad bar was perfect for that. The lunch menu is a little less vegetarian friendly, but we were able to get meatless fajitas. We really confused our waiter when we said “Fish fajitas, but please hold the fish!” Hah!

atHa ha..like a cheese burger without cheese:) But I guess you wanted the seasoning and veggies in the fish fajitas? Cancun looks so nice. I’m a big fan of fish tacos. Did you have any (minus the fish of course)? How was it?

atIt’s the photo in the lower right. Basically a veggie fajita, which I’m surprised isn’t an option on the menu. The veggies were so tasty! :)
