No Vegas trip is complete with a buffet experience! There were so many buffets to choose from, but we soon discovered that breakfast/brunch is always a better deal than dinner. Our group visited the ARIA brunch buffet. $29.99 for the buffet, plus $12.99 for unlimited beverages (beer, wine, brunch cocktails).
Even vegetarians are spoiled for choices at the ARIA buffet! I was tempted by the gigantic trays of crispy bacon (sigh), but managed to steer clear of the bacon. Unfortunately, they don’t refill your drinks as quickly as they do in NYC, but there are more options to choose from. I enjoyed a very yummy Prosecco.
Round 1: Headed straight for the Tandoori oven for Indian food! Also mixed a little bit of Mediterranean flavors in there for my first plate. Round 2: I always tell myself to avoid the carbs at buffets, but I just couldn’t resist French toast and hash browns. Probably unwise to also pick up mashed potatoes and macaroni salad on that same plate. Carboholic! Round 3: A refreshing tomato gazpacho and vegetarian sushi. I was starting to slow down at this point, but didn’t want to miss out on sushi. Round 4: Orange and grapefruit, a mini quiche, and more cauliflower from the Tandoori section. Seriously regret getting that quiche. That quiche is the reason I didn’t get to try any of the desserts… way too full!
