Lunch date at VP2. The perfect appetizer: crispy soul chicken. I’ve always been a huge fried chicken fan, but this veggie alternative has won me over. 
First time I’ve tried one of their vegetarian seafood dishes. The Thai Spicy Fish had 4 soy fish filets with a light crispy skin. Sliced veggies and a tangy sauce. Mmm, gingery. Too bad this made me really thirsty.
