Wicked Wolf, Hoboken

Cheese Quesadilla, Wicked Wolf Tavern

On a sunny afternoon, Sanne and I went for a walk from Jersey City to Hudson. The sun was shining, and the views were stunning as there was not a cloud in sight. We popped into Wicked Wolf to get out of the sun and have a little snack. I had been here once, and it seems to be a popular spot for drinks and a quick bite.

We happened to stroll in just in time for happy hour. The draft beers were $3, and some of the appetizers were only $5. It’s nice that you can ask for a whole wheat tortilla for the quesadilla. Mmm, lots of warm, gooey cheddar and monterey jack cheese. The flour tortilla had a light crispiness, perfect for dipping in salsa and sour cream. Not bad for the price!
