Friday Nights at the MoMA NYC

On Friday evenings from 4pm to 8pm, tickets to the MoMA are free! It’s easy enough to score a free ticket as the museum staff have the tickets all lined up for grabs on the counters in lobby. However, the line to check in your coat and backpack is as long as the lines for most Disneyland rides! They do a pretty good job at keeping things moving along though.

Hannah and I started at the top floor and slowly wandered down through all the galleries. I have a habit of always starting at the top and will have to go back to spend more time in the galleries on the lower levels. I usually go through those quickly because my feet are tired!

I love MoMA! It’s the only museum I really enjoy visiting. What is the exhibition in the last picture? It looks cool:)

The MoMa might be my favorite one in NYC. I don’t remember which collection that last photo is from… one of the contemporary painting exhibits, but can’t find it on their site. Sorry! =

NYC is the best! The crowds get to me sometimes, but there’s always so much to do here. :)
