Hello, I’m Waz! I’m a food and travel writer, content creator, and event producer based in Portland, Oregon. I contribute to Eater Portland and Travel Oregon with a focus on Portland restaurants and vegan dining. I create content for local brands and businesses, and I’m the event producer behind Veganizer events.

Originally from Singapore, I moved to Pittsburgh for college, where I studied architecture and design at Carnegie Mellon University. I’ve also lived in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Berkeley, and New York City.
