The menu was huge, the portions were big, and you could customize the protein for almost all the main dishes. It&#8217;s a classic Taiwanese dish, and as you can see, the key to this dish is the sauce. The bean curd essentially a sponge that has soaked up lots of soy sauce. It&#8217;s served on an unusual plate and is a very large portion. Sometimes this soup comes out more red, other times more brown-black&#8230; at Super Bowl, it was almost pitch black. The noodles and toppings were fine. I enjoyed the spiciness of the soup, but it was so damn sour! I&#8217;ve been away from Asia for a long time, so it&#8217;s possible I&#8217;m just less accustomed to certain flavors. This super sour soup left my tongue tingling for hours.
