(I was hoping this couple would walk away, so I could get a better shot of the storefront. In case you&#8217;ve been living under a rock, this is the Eddie Huang whose memoirs inspired the TV show &#8220;Fresh Off the Boat&#8221;. The first season has been pretty good, and I&#8217;m interested to see where they decide to take it next season. Meat eaters can choose from a selection of baos and rice bowls with chicken, fish, or pork. The bao is light and fluffy, and the peanuts and red sugar sure make it tasty. Fried tofu done right! The bao bread is steamed, then fried, then drizzled with a condensed milk glaze. The bao fries were okay, but I&#8217;m not the biggest fan of condensed milk.
