I normally have salads for lunch on a pretty regular basis, but whenever I get this craving, I always make sure a salad is my next meal even if it means doing a last minute trip to the store. It&#8217;s the body&#8217;s way of telling you want you need, so you better listen up. One of my recent salad lunches was this plate of spring greens with broccoli, grape tomatoes, and sliced avocado.
