That&#8217;s exactly how this tofu dish came together, and it&#8217;s perfect for warming you up on a cold winter&#8217;s day.<\/p>\n<p>The tofu was sauteed to a light golden brown. I dissolved some miso paste in water before adding the baby bok choy and tofu to simmer for about 5 minutes. Added some soy sauce, scallions, and sesame seeds as a finishing touch. <a title=\"Trader Joe's Miso Paste\" href=\"http:\/\/www.traderjoes.com\/digin\/post\/mild-yellow-miso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Trader Joe&#8217;s<\/a> has miso paste in the same section as tofu. Bonus: it&#8217;s organic, vegan, and gluten free.<\/p>\n<p>We served this tofu dish over Japanese somen noodles, and unfortunately, the broth was a bit too salty and had to be watered down with water used for cooking the noodles.
