Since we were out of town last weekend, we spent Labor Day weekend at home. Quiet time at home with the cats. :) We picked up some veggie treats from <a title=\"Vegetarian's Paradise 2\" href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/vegetarians-paradise-2-new-york\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">VP2<\/a>. Vegetarian fried chicken, fish &amp; chips, BBQ kabobs. I also decided to make a batch of <a title=\"Buttery Buttery Biscuits\" href=\"http:\/\/letsnomnom.wordpress.com\/2011\/11\/30\/buttery-buttery-biscuits\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">buttery biscuits<\/a>. It&#8217;s been over a year since I&#8217;ve made these beautiful biscuits! Added fennel seeds and shredded cheddar for extra flavor. What a meal! We also had some veggie burgers topped with avocado last night. No pictures though.
