We started at the northern end and slowly made our way along the High Line to West Village. It&#8217;s pretty touristy and crowded on weekends, but if you&#8217;re not in a hurry, it&#8217;s a decent walk. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wazwu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/highline1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5617\" src=\"http:\/\/letsnomnom.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/08\/highline1.jpg\" alt=\"The High Line - New York City\" width=\"580\" height=\"578\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wazwu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/highline1.jpg 580w, https:\/\/www.wazwu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/highline1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/a>I&#8217;ve visited the High Line over and over again. During different seasons and at different times of the day. There&#8217;s always one thing or another that intrigues me on each visit. This time around, it was all the textures. The walkways, the surrounding buildings, the plants and foliage.
