Sigh, that&#8217;s still a nice change from the frigid weather we experienced earlier in week. We headed to Williamsburg for Will&#8217;s birthday brunch at <a title=\"Supercore\" href=\"http:\/\/www.supercore.tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Supercore<\/a>. Loved the overall vibe. There was a sprig of rosemary attached to a vent, and it filled the dining area with a lovely smell. The $20 brunch special with unlimited drinks was pretty awesome. You can choose from sake bloody marys, sake mimosas, and beer with ginger and honey. The bloody marys are served in mason jars and garnished with lemon, lime, celery, and olives.<\/p>\n<p>I ordered the Classic American Plate with poached eggs. The spinach and potatoes were delicious. Beautifully seasoned. I did not expect the French toast to be stacked up the way it was. This is the Bento Miso-ni with salmon.
