The concept is simple, but brilliant, and the name says it all. They currently have three locations throughout the city: Union Square, Chelsea Market, Midtown West. The Union Square location had a few tables, but most customers were getting their order to go. It&#8217;s a good spot for dining solo or for a quick lunch. I stopped by for some food after a haircut in the neighborhood. Depending on how busy they are, you may have to wait a while for your sushi as everything is made to order. By the way, I am in love with the closeup shots of their sushi! While you wait for your food, you can drool over the colorful photographs that line the wall. Fun fact: Chef\/owner Guy Vaknin was a contestant on season 10 of Hell&#8217;s Kitchen. I remember that season, and I recognized chef Guy when he briefly stopped by to check in with his staff.
