John and I both ordered the vegetarian ramen. Yasai Vegetable Ramen ($11) had a vegetable and potato broth, topped with carrots, corn, purple potato, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli.\u00a0The veggie ramen came with thin, green noodles cooked to a decent al dente. The broth was quite oily, but I did like the light peppery taste. The vegetables were hit or miss. Some were tender and somewhat flavorful, but others were cooked to a mush.
