One of my close friends from high school was getting married!!! This trip was also a mini high school reunion as many of my friends from the Vegas reunion trip were invited to this wedding too. For dinner, we visited Osaka Sushi Buffet in Plano, Texas. This was basically the rehearsal dinner on the night before the wedding. This was a really nice treat and a buffet made sense for such a large group. I believe it was a reservation for around 40 people! Even though we don&#8217;t eat fish or seafood, there were plenty of good options for us vegetarians at this buffet! There was every kind of Japanese food you could imagine and then some. How funny that we had Japanese, not Texas style BBQ in Texas! Plate 1: Vegetable tempura, vegetable spring rolls, stir fried udon, sauteed green beans with crispy fried onions.
