The pickles were salty, and the batter was crunchy, well seasoned. John ordered their Seitan plate ($16). Pan-seated seitan medallions, lemon white wine butter, celery root pur\u00e9e, and fried capers. John described it as a vegan take on turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy.
