Macho Nachos ($11.5): homemade black bean sauce, salsa, guacamole, black olives and melted daiya tapioca-based vegan cheese. Kelly ordered the Roasted Potatoes Pizza ($12.95). Cheese-free pizza with sliced roasted potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, arugula, black olives and pesto. Never expected to see a pizza topped with greens. A refreshing take on pizza. John ordered the Fried Seitan Medallion Panini\u00a0 ($12.95) with cashew cheese, arugula, tomatoes and pesto. Very filling, and not too greasy despite being fried. I knew John would order this as soon as I saw it on the menu. I ordered the Tempeh Avocado Sandwich ($9.95). Whole spelt rye bread, baked marinated tempeh, creamy avocado, pickled radishes, carrots and sprouts. There&#8217;s no such thing as too much avocado! A nice complement to the baked tempeh.
