Total lobster overload. Perfectly poached eggs. The creamy hollandaise sauce with the lobster is a match made in heaven. The english muffin was too buttery for me. Kelly ordered another of their Eggs Benedict dishes: the Salmon Gravlax Benedict. John and Matt both ordered the Mexican Matzo Brei. At least 5 or 6 eggs were used in this dish. Pretty intense.
