Just like a bellini, but with strawberry puree instead of peach. Yum. Roasted mushrooms and bacon &#8220;au gratin&#8221; with poached eggs and toast. I was tempted by the various eggs benedict options available, but wanted to see what the gratin is like. Lots of mushrooms with a hint of bacon.Tasty, but I wish the gratin was baked a little longer, so the top was more golden. Love how the poached eggs are hidden under the cheese!John ordered the tartine au short rib, which had braised short ribs and a poached egg on a thick slice of bread. The short ribs were so tender and flavorful. Le Comptoir even has an eggs benedict dish with braised short ribs!"}
