At Giorgio\u2019s, John ordered the pumpkin ravioli with sweet potato gaufrettes, brandy cream. I didn\u2019t try it as I\u2019m generally not a fan of pumpkin. Like ravioli at most restaurants, I assume it was quite filling. Five raviolis were, unfortunately, not quite enough for John. He said they were very tasty though. I ordered the carmelized sea scallops with cauliflower fondue &amp; florets, golden raisins, roasted almonds, balsamic glaze. When I saw this dish on their website, I had my heart set on this restaurant. Oh. My. Goodness. Such sweet, juicy, tender scallops. I\u2019m used to little scallops that are common in Chinese cooking. These were like scallop steaks in comparison. Lovely presentation. Great combination of flavors and textures. Just thinking about this dish makes me so hungry. This would be really good with Riesling or bubbly. Save"}
